Brescia University is a NAIA Institution competing in the Kentucky Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (KIAC). Other schools competing in the KIAC are Asbury College, Berea College, Bethel College, IU-Southeast, Midway College (women’s sports only), and Spalding University.
The men’s and women’s basketball programs compete at the NAIA Division I level.
BU provides athletic grant-in-aids in all sports. Grant-in-aid determination is made by the head coaches of the respective sports.
A prospective student- must meet two of the following three criteria for NAIA eligibility purposes: minimum of 18 on the ACT, top half of their graduating class, and a minimum of 2.0 GPA on a four point scale.
